Unit 3 (Show Unit) Fully completed: above plus interior painting, electricals, sanitary ware, etc.

Phase 2 A:
Townhouses 4 & 5: Roofed & Shuttered Shell
- External works (roadwork, landscaping, frontage walkways, gate pillar decoration and finishing, security lighting, etc).
- Units 4 & 5 roofed & Shuttered *
- Roadway & external works commenced & to be completed within 4 months to allow for occupancy of lower estate by 30 June 2015.
Jan - Mar 2016
Phase 2 B:
- Construction of Pool and Multi-purpose Poolhouse:
- Complete external works & landscaping for lower estate and pool area.
Will be started with townhouse units 4 & 5. Objective is to complete within 4 months to allow for enjoyment by occupants of lower estate.
Mar- Dec 2016
- Construction of Apartment block*;
- Attendant landscaping and grounds beautification;
- Covering the storm drain, additional road work)
*At least the foundation and ground floor will be done between Feb-Mar 2016 to allow landscaping & hoarding of this section of the estate.
Feb - Jul 2016
- Construction of Townhouses 6 & 7**;
- Retouch of external works: Roadway, walls, etc.
**Could be started earlier depending on market response to units 1-5
